Dublin is also popular because of its famous nightlife; it is a city with a great number of young people, and all locals and the influx young mingle in Dublin’s bars and clubs keen to enjoy the Irish nights. The scene of nightlife in Dublin has changed beyond recognition in the last years. There are a lot of bars and clubs to enjoy; they are usually open Monday to Sunday at around 10pm, close at 3am and normally stop serving at 2.30am. The admission prices can vary from €5 to €15, the minimum drink age is 18 and price of a pint is typically €3.80 to €4.50. The Dress code depends on the particular establishment you visit, maybe you will need neat dress but typically casual dress is good although usually sneakers are not allowed.

The Temple Bar
The best Dublin’s nightlife is associated with the Temple Bar district; it is a place with a vast of clubs, bars, pubs, restaurants, artists, musicians and shops. It is centrally located, buzzing at night, with about 24 bars and 73 restaurants, amazing and friendly. But always be careful who you are with and what you drink; unfortunately there could be spiteful persons and have troubles with them, especially with drunk people.

Dublin nightlife - Temple Bar

Dublin is not short of Bars or Pubs; there are hundreds of them so you can find for sure one that fits your likes and style. Bars and Pubs in Dublin close earlier than other Europe cities, but there also late bars for people who want to continue dancing and enjoying the night. Also it is worth to visit wine bars which have a cosmopolitan ambience and provide the most exquisite wines from the entire world.

  • The playhouse ( in Tallaght, on Dublin's southside)

  • The george (at the bottom of Georges St in the city centre).
It is hard to get bored in this vibrant city; Dublin is fast becoming one of the most popular weekend destinations in Europe.
